Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX: "PVE") announced today the appointment of Lisa Jones as Company Secretary effective 21 October 2009. Ms Jones will replace Dom Del Borrello who resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 21 October 2009.
Ms Jones is a corporate lawyer with over 16 years experience in commercial law and corporate affairs in both Australia and Italy and she will be a valuable addition to the Po Valley Energy team.
