| | Further to the Company's announcement of 14 October, 2009, Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX: "PVE") announced today the dispatch of its Share Purchase Plan documentation to shareholders who were eligible shareholders (as described in the Share Purchase Plan Terms and Conditions) as at the Record Date of 15 October, 2009.
Copies of the Share Purchase Plan Booklet and Application form were sent to Shareholders on 22 October, 2009 and are included with this Announcement.
