Castello Well Shutdown for Pressure Measurement

May 14, 2010

On 29 April 2010 the Company advised the ASX regarding plans to conduct downhole pressure measurements at the Castello gas field in May and detailed in the Quarterly report dated 3 May 2010.

In line with this advice, the Castello well (Vitalba-1dir) has now been shut in and production stopped ahead of planned wireline operations.

Wireline operations will be conducted over the next week to acquire downhole static and dynamic pressure profile measurements and assess reservoir behavior in the two gas production levels San A1 and San A2. These new data, together with production performance of the well to date, will be used to determine the optimum forward production plan and reassess remaining reserves.
